The rates quoted on DVD’s include shipping inside the USA only, as DVD’s are shipped from Utah, USA. On the bottom of this page you will find the shipping rates for other countries which need to be paid extra on DVD orders. If your country is not listed, then please let us know and we will give you the correct shipping rate.
