A Deposit of 50% of the total daily rate is required to confirm your booking or $3000 for hunting packages in South Africa and Namibia. The balance, together with your trophy fees are payable at the end of your safari in cash, credit card or travelers checks. NO Personal cheques will be accepted unless bank guaranteed. For buffalo and lion hunting in South Africa a further 25% deposit of the trophy fee is also required to confirm the booking. Should this particular animal not be taken during your safari, the 25% will be fully refunded.
In the event of a hunt being cancelled, the following is required:
* Cancellation, 12 months before the hunt – your deposit will be forfeited.
* Cancellation, more than 12 months before your hunt – deposit will be forfeited OR the full deposit can be used to re-schedule your hunt for an alterative year.
All fees are subject to possible annual increases which include hunters that booked safaris in advance.
While exercising the utmost care to ensure the safety of you, our client, and your belongings, we cannot be held responsible for any illness, accidents, acts of God or loss whatsoever, nor any expenses arising there from. Each hunter and observer will be required to sign an indemnity form prior to the hunt. |
